Piccolo is a contemporary restaurant in Aruba, located in the heart of Palm Beach at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino. Blending refined design with a thoughtful approach to dining, Piccolo offers an elevated culinary experience in one of the island’s most sought-after destinations.

The kitchen

Piccolo is built around an open-concept kitchen, where culinary artistry shapes the pace of the meal and brings energy to the dining room. 

Guests experience the rhythm of the kitchen throughout the evening, with each course defined by carefully sourced ingredients, composed dishes, and a clear balance of precision and simplicity.

The Experience

Piccolo offers both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to dine within the open‑air courtyard or in a more intimate interior setting. The experience reflects Aruba’s relaxed rhythm, where evenings unfold with ease in a space designed for gathering.

As the island’s only full-service kosher-certified restaurant, Piccolo operates under the supervision of Chabad of Aruba, with Friday evening Shabbat dinner available by reservation.

Located in Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino, Piccolo is open Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended, with walk‑in dining welcomed.

Friday evening Shabbat dinner is available by reservation only. Saturday evening service begins at 8:30 p.m.
